Nuclear Engineer, Engineering Manager, and General Manager of Westinghouse PWR Systems Division. President Westinghouse Nuclear International. Program Manager, NERVA nuclear rocket reactor. Manager, Westinghouse Underseas Weapons Department. President, Louisiana Energy Services through NRC staff approval of license to build centrifuge enrichment facility. Presidential appointment to U.S. Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board, 2004.
